Why We Eat The Good Fatty Foods And Some Fast Food Facts

"I'm hungry, what's to eat?"
We all share this same cry, but when your trying to cut the pounds, it's not easy.  I love quick foods that I can pop in the microwave or drive by and pick up to eat while I'm driving on my way to work or running errands.  While its not healthy in any way and will only add to the weight that I'm trying to lose, I do it anyway.  Why? Because its taste so good! It's like, why can't everything on McDonald's Menu taste good and be super healthy for you.  They would make even more money that way.

I would love our health studies to say that 'by eating one Big Mac each day will make you have a healthy heart and you'll feel great the rest of your day'.  Well, we all know that is not the case. There is 540 Calories in 1 Big Mac, Total Fat in this tasty sandwich is 29 and the Sodium is a whopping 1040.  Enjoy your meal! Hello fat, I'm over here!

They can't help that we love to buy the tasty foods, but we should educated ourselves with the facts before we dig in. So other wise, I'm saying, yes I still eat my Big Mac's, but only once in a blue moon and I do a workout later to work off as much as i can from what I put into my body.
